Refund Policy

- If a patient is not medically cleared for a procedure, the case will be reviewed individually.
- Same-day cancellations or cancellations after scheduling may be subject to penalties, administrative fees, or non-refundable costs.
- Third-party costs such as hospital, transportation, lodging, recovery house, laboratory, or medical provider fees may be subject to separate policies.
